Both photo studio manager and JCPenney store manager say it's not their problem because the space is leased to a third party. Both were rude and apathetic. - 2/22/20251/5Such a good experience...untill the end. went for a collage suit- up event for t.l.u. my guy Julio helped out so much!!! and i got everything I needed everyone was so helpfull untill check-out the lady upfront kept persisting that we only get 1 discount? Even though we were supposed to get j.c's 30% off and then the schools 10% off so we only got the 30% then tried saying we had to buy our cloth bag that we brought in our self's but it was clearly ours.then charged us twice! What was supposed around 190$ came out to be well over 200$!! Called it in to deal with the problem and they say they can't do anything on there side even though I said I'd be more then willing to bring the recipt to get it handled, and the response was "dispute it with the bank and you'll get it back in 5 business days" now I've gotta cancel my card,get a new 1 within 5-10 business days, unfortunately I didn't get the older hispanic lady's name but to hear "oh that happens all the time" maybe train the employees not to double charge cards? All I have on the receipt is associate, 0772 please figure something out, I'm only posting this because this has happend on more then 1 occasion! First off their was a display with five different types of shirts from the same designer and it says 21.99 so I grab three and a t shirt that was 14 and the cashier says your total is 135 in like no it should be like at most 78 dollars. So I go back to take a picture of display and show her she then proceeds to tell me that's not the right sign for the item she says theirs a different sign so I walk back with her to show her thats not the case and she then proceeds to move the display items to a different area like 8-12 shirts and I say Ill wait for a manager waited five minutes and I just decide to leave talk about poorly ran store and I've been to dozens of JCPenney's never had a problem. This store doesn't seem to care about anything sloppy signage display items on the floor trash in the dressing rooms everything.
