- 2/20/20254/5I'm normally very happy with my shopping experience here but the last time I did an order pickup (drive up) I was told by the associate," I wasn't gonna come out here in the cold." Ma'am that is your JOB. I swear people have poor work ethic these days. One small earring order and you are complaining. Crazy. If you are lazy just say that and it was 53 degrees. Put on a coat or something. I could tell by the way she walked she didn't want to be at work. Keep your thoughts to yourself. I have always had courteous associates bring me my orders. - 12/22/20241/5Never go to the Jcpenney Salon in Trussville. They extremely inconsiderate. I made an appointment online for 12/21 for 10am, only to be told my appointment would go into someone who is coming after me and that I needed to come back. I then reschedule for the next day, to receive a text from the stylist saying someone's appointment ran into mine due to their tardiness and I needed to be pushed back an hour. Very unprofessional how the situation was handled. It took the store manager and salon manager 72hours to call me back and stated the reason for my service being moved the first time was because my hair is long. Absolutely no excuse, and there was no justification in the reason I had to be put on the back burner the next day. Absolutely inexcusable- they told me I need to book in person going forth!! Why when you have an online booking site? There three customers at that register each with multiple items to be returned. The clerk was so busy having personal conversations with each one she ignored the ones waiting. The cashier was a little lack luster. She was dry with her greeting and seemed to be tired. I've worked retail so I understand..long day.
