There was a sign up in the jewelry department that said take an additional 35% already reduced jewelry and I go to the register and she argues with me and did not take off the additional. I proceed to go back to jewelry and given an attitude by both an older man and an older woman arguing once more saying they cannot honor THEIR OWN SIGN! Ridiculous. Your staff needs education on how to treat people. Who wants to argue with your staff when all you were trying to do was shop in peace.
