Kind, professional, and adaptable when a sudden rush happened and a rude customer who tried to cut the line. Great job and great team at this location! Note that lady working in mens yesterday (3/14) afternoon was also very sweet but I've forgotten her name. Alicia, supposedly the only manager on duty, argued with me over their holiday return policy and refused to refund my purchase. I had the original receipt, purchase was made on 10-27-24; therefore I had until 1-15-24 to return. No wonder they are on the verge of going out of business. You should train your managers properly. Was very shocked as i went in for a basic vest for a wedding and ended up with a very fun and dashing dinner /casual jacket in a beautiful jewel tone blue embroidered motif!
