- 5/7/20251/5Never have a bad experience with others there- but the last couple of times I have gone in and seen or interacted with an employee named rose- she is very curt, impatient, and unkind. She was very rude when I was trying to show her my coupon and grabbed my phone without asking! The other stuff I could understand we all have bad days- but she didn’t even scan the right coupon she scanned a random one and I only ended up saving $3… was just disappointed. I asked for my money back and they said they cannot refund donations. I said even though you stole my money, and didn't ask me if that was okay to donate my money ,they said yes. That's ridiculous for some photos that could be sent with a quick email.
